Guest Post: Long Distance Loving

Today's guest post is by {av} from Long Distance Loving.  I was fortunate to meet {av} a few weeks ago when she came to Charleston for a wedding. {here}  {av} is one of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting.  She and her blog add a little happiness to life everyday.  Her post is all about pineapples.  For those of you not familiar with the symbol of the pineapple, it represents hospitality.
South Carolina is known for its "Smiling faces and beautiful places."  Charleston is known for its all around hospitality.  There is even a huge pineapple fountain off the battery.

Coincidently, I have the Crane notecards {av} picked out to share with y'all.  So without further ado...

Hi! My name is {av} and I'm the blogger behind {long distance loving}! I am a longtime fan of Ashton, the beautiful lady behind Soulshine, who is also one of my Friday's Fancies Faithful. I was even lucky enough to meet her last month on a visit to Charleston :) She's as sweet as they come!

Pineapples are a sign of hospitality, which are often spotted in southern decor. In honor of Ashton's southern roots, I decided to pull together a few of my favorite pineapple pieces, which could also make great gifts! Whether they're notecards or good smelling goodies, the word pineapple should hopefully evoke that warm and fuzzy southern hospitality.

Is there any one item which you think
represents your corner of the world?

Thanks again for having me, Ashton!
Keep trucking on those exams :)
xoxo {av}
