Everyone loves a good wedding.  The wedding I attended the weekend before last was a wonderful celebration of love and a reunion of great friends.

I lived on the sorority hall with Cate when I was a Freshman.  We lived together again my Junior year with four other girls.  Six girls in one house with two bathrooms.  My bedroom was actually the dining room.

Cate and Ed started dating at the beginning of her Sophomore year of college.  I have seen them grow as a couple and watch their love for each other grow.  I was honored to be her stand-in bride at the rehearsal.  The wedding was in Holly Hill, SC {Cate's hometown}.  No worries if you don't know where Holly Hill is...you shouldn't.  It is literally in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by corn and cotton fields.

The rehearsal dinner was held at one of Cate and Ed's friends' house.  The weather was perfect.

Chris and Cate went to high school together.  All three of us went to Carolina together.  Chris and I are now in law school together.

Cate's love for Carolina is even greater than mine.  We even had a miniature Cocky come and surprise her at the reception.

They played 2001 {Carolina's football entrance song}, the fight song, and Sandstorm.

Overall, it was a beautiful wedding.  Everyone had a great time.  I miss being with my sisters all the time.  I wish we all lived close by so we could see each other all the time.  Or maybe we can have "weddings" every weekend?!
